The Town of Cape Carteret issues a parking decal to all residents and property owners in the Town, and this parking decal serves a dual purpose:
- the parking decal serves as a Resident Re-Entry Pass in the event the Town issues a mandatory evacuation order and must limit access to the Town, and
- the parking decal serves as authorization to park at and utilize the Town's 9 waterfront parks along Bogue Sound.
Residents and property owners can secure parking decals by visiting Town Hall during normal business hours or by completing the online form below. Town staff will verify residency or property ownership prior to issuing parking decals.
