What does a re-entry pass allow me to do you might ask? The re-entry pass is used for re-entry to the Town of Cape Carteret after a natural disaster but it also allows residents of Cape Carteret to use the street ending, sound front parks scattered throughout Old Cape Carteret and Bayshore neighborhoods. These wonderful waterfront parks are for the use of Cape Carteret residents and property owners only. If you have not been to any of these parks, we encourage you to take time and give them a try. They are a great spot to enjoy lunch and breathe in some fresh air and the beauty of living on the Crystal Coast of NC.
