Board of Adjustment Schedule

The Cape Carteret Board of Adjustment hearings are only held when a case is to be heard. The Board of Adjustment typically meets on the first Monday of every month at 5:00 p.m. The deadline for submitting something for their discussion and review is three weeks in advance. The Board of Adjustment only meets when items are on the agenda. When meetings are scheduled, the agenda will be uploaded the week prior to the meeting.

If there is a meeting notification will be posted in accordance with general statute.
